Beam Tech Electronics has been designing and manufacturing UPS units since 1980. Manufacturing under our PowerScan brand, we supply nearly $5 million worth of products to buyers in Japan, Western Europe and Central and South America every year. They stay with us because we consistently give them the aftersales support and services they want.
Superior Aftersales Services
When you source your USP units from Beam Tech, we are always here to back you up. We provide free technical training for our distributors' technicians, and detailed service manuals with repair flow-charts, troubleshooting and more. We also provide distributors with one spare PCB for every 100 items ordered. Our two-year guarantee covers all of our products and includes free replacement or repair.
Systems with longer backup power
Our latest UPS provides up to 999 minutes of backup power. It features an LCD that tells the remaining backup power in realtime. It also provides information on over 20 other system states, such as load level and internal temperature. Our wholly-owned manufacturing plant are ISO 9001:2000-certified to TUV.

We have PCB in-circuit testers for incoming QC and automatic testing equipment for final QC. We use 100 percent quality control.
Quality Control Procedures
All incoming and packing materials receive IQC before being put into production. We do complete in-process quality control and final QC before packing and shipping.

Sample Policy
We offer samples. The SPL charges will be refunded with your regular order.
Guarantee
We provide a two-year warranty for each UPS after delivery date. We will be responsible for the free replacement of PCB in the warranty period. Also, a 1% free spare PCB of ordered quantity will be delivered along with each shipment to distributors for maintenance purpose.
Export/Import Support
Service manual will be provided to our authorized distributors, which includes repairing flow chart, troubleshooting, and other related information as reference of repairing and replacement. We also provide sourcing for various electronic components.
After Sales Services
As part of our service, free training would be executed for our distributors' technicians upon their request. Technicians from our distributors are welcome to sent to Beam's factory for free training. The training will include steps of assembling, test, adjustment, repairing and replacement of UPS.
